Ardiya is a software engineer in Computer Vision with vast experience in
writing robust and production-ready code for different industry such as
Robotics, Drone, Mobile Apps, and Augmented Reality.
Currently, he stays in Nagoya, Japan, to bring the best of computer
vision (visual localization, SLAM, scene recognition, and scene
reconstruction) to robotics field.
Prior to that, he created a robotic vision solution that helps the robot
to perceive the real-world environment using state-of-the-art computer
vision. He has also worked on multiplayer augmented reality cloud SDK
for mobile devices (Android and iOS). He received a master's degree from
Harbin Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree from Binus
University. In 2014, he represented Indonesia in ASEAN Skills
Competition in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Joined Boeing Research and Technology as Senior R&D Robotics Software & System Engineer
Ardiya is working on advancing the production system for current and new airplane program through the help of computer vision and deep learning.
Joined Rapyuta Robotics as Robotics Perception Engineer
Ardiya worked on the development of autonomous forklifts. With his help, the autonomous forklift was able to automatically detect pallets, load them to forklifts and unload them.
Joined ACSL as Research and Development Engineer
Ardiya worked on navigation and localization of drone. From his research and implementation of heading system estimation, the drone was able to operate smoothly in GPS denied and textureless environment.
Joined Dorabot as Senior Robotics Software Engineer
Ardiya worked on making robotics arm to perform sortation and loading of package into cargo truck. Although the system was not able to sort random sized packages better than human, the robotics arm was able to sort and load packages in a timely manner and stacked them properly.
Graduated Master in Computer Science
Ardiya completed my Master degree in China.
Graduated Bachelor in Computer Science
Ardiya completed my bachelor degree in Indonesia.
